Lincoln State Cat Club, Inc. was founded in 1959, by a group of Chicago area cat breeders and exhibitors for the purpose of:

promoting and protecting the pedigreed cat

providing public education concerning the health and welfare of ALL cats

raising funds to support programs that benefit ALL cats

In keeping with this charter, LSCC donates much of its proceeds from their annual CFA all breed cat show, held the third weekend each February. Benefiting ALL domesticated felines through groups such as the Winn Foundation, The Morris Animal Foundation, Purebred Cat Breed Rescue, neuter/spay programs and organizations that shelter cats.

Shelter groups are invited to LSCC shows, to bring attention to abandoned/stray/relinquished cats available for adoption.

Attendees to our cat show are encouraged to bring along a can or bag of food for the cat shelter food drive.
